On April 12, 2016, The American Law Institute held the 2016 Young Scholars Medal (now known as the Early Career Scholars Medal) Conference on the topic of “The Future of Aggregate Litigation.” The conference was organized by Early Career Scholar Elizabeth Chamblee Burch (UGA Law) and included four panel discussions on various topics in aggregate litigation.
