During a brief break from the Tuesday morning session of the 2016 ALI Annual Meeting, retired U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice John Paul Stevens joined his former law clerk and ALI Council member Carol F. Lee (Taconic Capital Advisors) for a spirited conversation. They reminisced about his time on the bench, and discussed the evolution of the Supreme Court, as well as life after the Court.
